The first room assigned had a weird window and was quite tiny. The shower flooded during each use, making it frustrating. The size of the hallway felt cramped. After mentioning these issues, I got a different room, which was bigger but still not clean up to my standards. It had no toiletries besides basic hand soap and shampoo. We asked for fresh towels, but only the bed was made, leaving us to chase down the cleaning staff for new towels. Parking was a hassle too, costing €28 per day, and it required a 10-minute walk to the car. For a hotel that advertises as 4-star, these issues fell well below expectations.
