Friendly staff, clean room, excellent breakfast options with a coffee shop nearby, and convenient access to public transportation with the metro just a short walk away.
Exceeded expectations.

The hotel had a great atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff, making it easy to feel at home. However, noise from the neighboring rooms was disruptive at times, impacting sleep quality. Overall, it's a solid choice for those looking for a cozy stay with good access to local dining options.

walking distance to the louvre and charming local cafes
During my stay, I found it incredibly convenient that the Louvre was only about a half-hour walk away, making it easy to see one of the world's greatest art collections while enjoying the lovely Parisian streets. I also loved being just a few steps away from several charming cafes where I could relax and soak up the city vibe.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating, making it easy for us to check in with our large family and three dogs. We loved exploring the area, especially the nearby market, which was vibrant and offered amazing local goods.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options were too limited for a family. A wider selection would have made mornings more enjoyable.

The best part was the location, so close to everything and off the busy streets! The breakfast spread was delightful too, especially the fresh croissants. But the room was a bit smaller than expected. 🥐

The room was cozy and comfortable, although it could
use more electrical outlets. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I appreciated the early check-in. The location was ideal, close to attractions. However, the air conditioning didn't cool down as expected, which made the nights a bit uncomfortable.

This was just an optimal selection for a short stay in Paris and great for the money. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, especially Lara at the reception who provided helpful local tips. Make sure to check out the nearby boulangerie for breakfast instead of the hotel offering.

Couples seeking a charming yet practical stay should consider this
Great location, we walked to the Louvre in 35 mins and enjoyed snacks from the lovely boulangerie nearby. The staff were super helpful, especially this lady who gave us valuable tips for getting around, really made our trip smoother.
Not exactly cheap, but worth it for the experience.

I enjoyed the location of Hotel Lê Cardinal. So many charming cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the metro made getting around a breeze. Corinne at the front desk really stood out for her friendliness and spoke English, which was super helpful. However, my room was another story. The first room assigned had a weird window and was quite tiny. The shower flooded during each use, making it frustrating. The size of the hallway felt cramped. After mentioning these issues, I got a different room, which was bigger but still not clean up to my standards. It had no toiletries besides basic hand soap and shampoo. We asked for fresh towels, but only the bed was made, leaving us to chase down the cleaning staff for new towels. Parking was a hassle too, costing €28 per day, and it required a 10-minute walk to the car. For a hotel that advertises as 4-star, these issues fell well below expectations.
